From the front, the dress looked almost like a nurse's Halloween costume. But from the back, the dress was revealed to be held together three white ties—kind of like, you know, a hospital gown.

Bianca was in costume as she had on a long white nurses' dress that came in at the waistline. It appeared as if it was from the 1930s. She added a white high heels, a wide headband and minimum makeup.
