The Stanley Cup Final rematch is officially set after the Edmonton Oilers defeated the Dallas Stars, 6-3, to win Game 4 of the Western Conference Final. Edmonton stunned Dallas with a fast start and managed to hold off the Stars the rest of the way for a series-clinching win.

When Edmonton won its first Stanley Cup in 1984, there were 10 names on the Cup procured via the draft or amateur free agency: Glenn Anderson, Paul Coffey, Grant Fuhr, Randy Gregg, Charlie Huddy, Jari Kurri, Kevin Lowe, Mark Messier, Andy Moog and Jaroslav Pouzar.

Edmonton scored on its first two shots, and jumped ahead 3-0 in the first 8:07 on way to eliminating the Stars in the West final for the second year in a row.
