The Port Aransas community mourns beloved paramedic Albert "Bert" Howie, who was murdered in Ingleside on Memorial Day.

Rockport and Port Aransas have been left crippled by Hurricane Harvey, with most of their hotels closed due to damage from the storm. Ingleside, Kluge said, has none of its six hotels open.
