CINCINNATI (WKRC) - UC Health is closing the Daniel Drake Center for Post-Acute Care by the end of September. It said that the aging building and services are creating too many financial challenges.

Current Drake Center patients will either finish their treatment on-site or transition to a different UC Health location or another community partner.
