Two commercial spaces in the Village of West Greenville will soon undergo exterior renovations to make way for new restaurant and office tenants.

GREENVILLE — Just west of Greenville's city limits, two hulking, once-dormant vestiges of the area's textile history have found new life as thriving residential and entertainment districts.
