The Sierra will get hit with a system this weekend bringing light snow to the area that's been mostly seeing snow melt in recent weeks.

Loveland Ski area's oldest chairlift is officially being retired. On April 23, 2025 the USDA Forest Service granted Loveland the official final approval to move forward with the replacement of Lift 7.
