Celebrity chef  Anne Burrell may have gone into cardiac arrest before she suddenly died in her Brooklyn apartment this week.

Emergency personnel responded to a report of cardiac arrest at the home of celebrity chef Anne Burrell on Tuesday, June 17, the Fire Department of New York said. The patient, who was not identified by authorities, was found dead after crews arrived on the scene around 7:50 a.m., according to the FDNY.

On Tuesday morning, the Food Network star was found unconscious at her Brooklyn, NY, home, a New York Police Department spokesperson told Page Six.
