Supporters of President Donald Trump are calling for a boycott of Walmart after store heiress Christy Walton funded an ad promoting an upcoming anti-Trump protest. The New York Post reported that MAGA types are turning against the super-retailer after Walton put money behind a full-page ad in the New York Times backing the “No Kings” protest.

Shopping conglomerate Walmart is under fire from conservatives, with some even going so far as to call for a boycott of the ubiquitous chain. To the chain's chagrin, this ire has nothing to do with anything it has done or sold.
