Tennessee Titans quarterback Cam Ward participated in his first NFL minicamp this week and continues to learn the team's offense. Ahead of training camp next month, the rookie signal-caller has a simple routine that he plans to follow.

Cam Ward talks so much that Tennessee coach Brian Callahan asked the rookie if he needed to wait until the Titans quarterback stopped before calling a play during practice.

With a long break until training camp arrives at the end of July, Ward was asked by the Nashville media what his plans are during the downtime in the NFL schedule. His response, though not safe for work (NSFW), was exactly what Titans fans want to hear. "Just work out, study the playbook, and throw the (expletive) out of the ball," Ward said.
