Shining Light Foundation has worked with artists since 2022 to keep Black history alive throughout Phoenix and around the country.

Firefighters were called to the incident on High Street in Dunbar at 5.55pm on Thursday, February 6. Police and paramedics also attended and a 37-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
