North Carolina Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson is scheduled to be part of a meet-and-greet in Fayetteville on Saturday night in what will be his first public appearance following a report accusing him of making sexually explicit and racially charged comments online.

A hookah lounge shooting early Saturday morning left one man dead and another injured, according to the Fayetteville Police Department. According to a news release, officers just before 2 a.m. responded to reports of a shooting at Anubis Hookah Lounge on Ramsey Street.

One of the shooting victims was pronounced dead at the scene and the other was taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in stable condition, according to the release.
