Jonathan Joss, who voiced John Redcorn on “King of the Hill” and played Chief Ken Hotate in “Parks and Recreation,” was fatally shot Sunday in San Antonio.

Police have launched an appeal to identify two men after racially aggravated graffiti was sprayed onto a building. Devon and Cornwall Police said the graffiti in Totnes town centre was reported as criminal damage on 27 April. The force said the graffiti has since been cleaned off and the incident has been recorded as a hate crime.
