Bengals wide receiver Jermaine Burton was allegedly involved in a domestic dispute where he choked and hit his ex-girlfriend, according to a police incident report.

The woman, who claimed she was choked during the Dec. 30 incident, eventually declined to press charges, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported on Wednesday.

A 19-year-old declined to press charges after reporting the former Alabama wide receiver had choked and hit her.
