Russia launched 315 drones at Ukraine overnight into Tuesday, in what Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said was “one of the largest” attacks on the capital Kyiv, with local officials in the southern port city of Odesa also reporting a maternity ward there had been hit.

Russia launched another prolonged drone attack on Ukraine, killing two people and damaging swathes of Kyiv as well as striking a maternity ward in the southern port of Odesa, officials said early on Tuesday.

Ukrainian officials say two people were killed and thirteen wounded when Russia attacked the country with waves of drones and missiles.
