An El Paso County child and an Arapahoe County adult caught the measles from two separate outbreaks, bringing Colorado’s total number of cases this year up to 14, state health officials said.

One of the two new cases is a child who recently traveled to Ontario, Canada, where a measles outbreak is ongoing, health officials said.

One more case of the measles in El Paso County has been confirmed by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, officials said Monday. The case is one of three recently confirmed in the county.
