The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is demanding several Virginia counties and cities to review their policies and work with ICE.

Scott Jenkins, a former sheriff of Culpeper County, Virginia, was convicted of federal bribery charges and sentenced to 10 years in federal prison.
