The Mission of New Waverly ISD, in collaboration with families and community, is to facilitate experiences that prepare all students to become fulfilled, productive citizens.

With the city of New Waverly being just 17 miles north of Conroe and 55 miles North of Houston, it makes access to dining, recreation, healthcare and other activities easy and convenient for our staff and residents.

A school is selected as a Title I school based on the number of students within its boundaries who are eligible for free or reduced-priced meals. Students are selected to participate based on academic need. Title I programs are being offered at: New Waverly Elementary School (PK-3) and New Waverly Intermediate School (4-5)
