May 26, 2017 · Then I read somewhere that modern ignitions don't produce a blue spark, I was wasting my time! Using a spark tester it shoots an impressive long spark, but it's mostly white with a tinge of blue and pink. Is this what is considered a good spark coloring? Plugs look like they are getting plenty of juice to me, and it runs well so I dunno.

Jan 29, 2007 · The blue thunder manifold is suposed to be a correct repo. There is a company in New Mexico called "pony carbs" I think that makes a setup that uses Ford 2 barrel carbs instead of holleys. it's less money but won't look the same.

Jun 23, 2010 · The blue plates are registered to a 1966 Olds, a year when black and yellow would have been correct. The owner is simply keeping the registered plates on the car, in the appropriate color without anyone being the wiser.

Jul 14, 2016 · Ran holley red and blue pumps for a while, always with a holley so can't help with your original question. My advice is to keep an extra red pump in your trunk with tools to swap it out. I finally gave up on them and went back to a mech pump. GM marine over the counter mech pump, ran low 12's with it 3600 lb car - got the job done.
