Aug 10, 2021 · You may not know this, but the engine was an original Wood Brothers Boss 429 that was bored and stroked to 604 CI. It also had a modified automatic C6 transmission. It had 855 BHP and would do 0-60 in 1.9 seconds (where are you Tesla?), 0-100 in 5.5 seconds and the 1/4 mile in 10.55 seconds at 135 MPH.

Mar 24, 2008 · Paul's was an interesting car as it came to the UK with a 427 SOHC motor in it! When this blew, the then owner had Jack Roush prepare a road/race Boss 429 engine for it. This had solid lifters, single plane manifold, full hemi heads, headers and an 850 dp holley.

Sep 23, 2005 · The Roush hood scoop was taken from the 1969 Mustang Mach 1, according to Jack Roush. The picture you show on the 69 Mustang is an after market hood scoop, not the original style. The bigger scoop draws attention away from the lines of the car IMHO.
